As you may be aware,  Australia Post have recently announced a change to their postage stamps from 60c to 70c. This will come into effect as of 31st March 2014.

This pricing change has had a corresponding impact across business mail services. We have now taken this opportunity to restructure our pricing model into 2 clear segments, to better suit our clients’ needs. Below is a detailed explanation of this restructure:

 

Standard Delivery Service

What Is It?

Mailout completed within 48hrs of receiving correctly formatted files of up to 1,000 letters and 4 business days for 1-5,000 letters.

*Time frame does not include offset printing of letters or envelopes, or non-machinable letters; any specific jobs can be discussed with us.

The delivery of letters through the Australia Post delivery service will be between 2-5 business days, depending on the final destination of the letter

Who is it for?

For letters that are not time sensitive, do not have a specific date reference, and do not require a response within a certain time frame

 

Priority Express Delivery Service

What is it?

Mailout completed within 24hrs of receiving correctly formatted files of up to 1,000 letters, and 48 hours for 1,000-5,000 letters. This time does not include offset printing of letters or envelopes, or non-machinable letters; any specific jobs can be discussed with us.

The delivery of letters through the Australia Post delivery service will be between 1-3 business days, depending on the final destination of the letter

Who is it for?

Perfect for invoices, events with a specific date or campaigns that need a fast response rate

 

PLEASE NOTE: The below pricing relates to our standard letter services. We will be emailing all customers who have any other specific mailouts with AgentMail to advise of their new charges.

Complete Mail Service

Below rate includes printing of 1 single sided A4 sheet, folding and inserting, envelope supply printed with delivery and return address (text only) and the corresponding postage for Australian addresses

 

 

Additional Printing

 

 

(print pricing is in addition to the applicable base rate, and only applies to letters. Stand alone print pricing is available, please email for a quote)

 

All other pricing remains the same. If you have existing contract pricing, we will be contacting you separately to advise of your specific change.

Submitting Jobs

Whilst our clients work with us in a number of different ways, where you are submitting files to us by email, please use the email address: production@agentmail.com.au

This will allow us to queue your job and begin printing as quickly as possible

 

Streamlined Client Job Portal

In our continued efforts to improve our service to you, we are currently building a new online job portal. This portal will allow you to submit jobs, track them and make payment online. As well as this, you can complete mail merges, get job previews and access job history in one central place. This system will come online in the second half of this year, and we will provide you with full training once it is ready.
